Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are in USD and may be subject to change with notice.

Career recommendations, resume analyses, and other insights provided by the Service are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career counseling, employment advice, or guarantees of employment outcomes. You should use your own judgment and seek professional advice when making career decisions.
The Service, including its design, features, VISI assessment methodology, and all associated content, is the property of Gigsup Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigsup Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.
